Yesterday afternoon I was thinking about something.
What would I do If I HAD to make a business work?
My life on the line scenario, do it or die type of thing.
Figured out that there are a ton of things I won’t actually do.Â
Won’t touch branding at all. Most branding advice is downright horrible and a scam since branding is bullshit.
Won’t touch pricing. Unless you are doing very very weird things, I promise you your prices aren’t a problem.
100% of my focus will go to only one thing.
Being in front of the prospect when he wants to solve his problem.
Do that and you’ve won 80% of the battle already.
Getting in front of the right people at the right time will get you the sale more often than not.
And by far the easiest way to do that is by:
1) Show up on Google when they search for your product/service.
2) Show up on Instagram while they're scrolling and make them realize you're a good solution.
Best way to do that?
Run Google ads, run Meta ads, get your Google Business Profile together.
Will be going into those more in future newsletters, but if you get those done you can get any local business to a more profitable state.
