Always Solve for X

If you want to grow your business, then this is a good habit to pick up.
Find time to put this in your calendar every Monday:
SOLVE FOR X
Turn everything off, tell people you’re going AWOL to not be disturbed.
Now ask yourself: 'what's the main problem/obstacle that's holding me back from making more money?"
Then start thinking about solutions. BUT they must be implementable (yes, that is a word, I've just decided this). Can't be anything vague. Can't be anything you need to hope for, wait for or wish for. Can’t be anything impossible to you at the moment. We're looking for ACTIONS.
This is why I insist on meeting with clients weekly.
We open up the results of last week, we see where we are lacking, and start solving. for X.
X is always the problem of the week.
And we do the same for next week. And next week. Etc.
Adding them up, they come to 52 solutions that we are testing. Some are going to work, some won’t. But this stuff 100% compounds.
Only takes 30-45 minutes. One of the highest ROI activities you can do each week.
