Does Cold Calling Still Work In 2025?

Hey, It’s Roberto.


I’ve recently noticed that every time I open social media, I’m flooded with some new AI-automated SuperRobot 360 outreach method that uses 15 applications and costs a kidney.


 It’s the same story, it goes like this:


“I generated X amount using this exact strategy, and today I’m giving it to you.”


And without fail, every single time, this reminds me of the one thing that every single business does and has done for the last 100 years to get clients. Which is cold calling.


But does that even work in 2025?


Most people have a hard time responding to emails and text messages, let alone answering the phone.


Maybe people just don’t talk on the phone anymore. 


Everything’s going digital. 


But this isn’t the first time the AI-automated SuperRobot 360 outreach method has appeared. Actually, it appears every 10 years in a different form.


And it’s the same story, 


This is going to replace cold calling, they have been replacing cold calling since the Romans were walking around. 


But the truth is, cold calling is and always will be the best way to get new clients. 


Doesn’t matter how my new outreach methods get invented, cold calling will outperform all of them.
