Make Winning Easy

Just finished reading Andre Aggasi's autobiography. "Open". Great book.

He talks about his mental state when entering a game, looking at his opponent, and thinking: "Why did this guy even show up? You know there's zero chance of winning. You're about to get rekt".

And then he whooped them.

Now I get the same feeling when I local business asks me to help them.

For one simple reason, I know how to win in that area. Been doing it for a long time, for my business and tons of other businesses.

Think about this.

If you run a nationwide company, you are competing against entire marketing departments, these people wake up every day thinking about how to outsmart the market. 

If you are running a local company, you are only competing against people doing their job. They know marketing IS important, but they have a thousand other tasks that are more of a priority.

That’s why is very easy to win on a local level when you bring someone in who only does marketing and does it specifically for your type of business.

Choose your battles and pick the ones you can win. Builds momentum, builds confidence, builds revenue.
