Why Your Sales Presentation Is Losing You Clients (And How to Fix It Fast)

Hi,

It's Roberto.

Yesterday I was on a meeting with a local business owner, and we covered something I know you'd like to hear.

Together with him, we were going over his Google Business Profile and sales presentation, seeing what we could improve.

The man was really passionate about his sales presentation.

I listen to the entire thing and at the end he turns to me and asks "so, how was it?"

That's when I had to tell him in a semi-diplomatic way: "yeah... it kinda sucks. But we'll make it wayyy better!"

The Brutal Truth About Your Sales Presentation

Don't get me wrong.

The presentation was top-notch, covering everything it needed to cover.

But here's the major problem that EVERY business owner faces:

Nobody cares about this stuff nearly as much as we care about it.

We care about how the bread is made. We care about every step of the process. And we make sure not to skip any.

But our clients? They genuinely don't care. They only care about IF it works. Not HOW it works.

What Your Customers Actually Want to Hear

Sales presentations should ALWAYS and ONLY be focused on proving that your thing works.

Forget the details. No one cares about details. We only care about results.

Same thing goes for your Google ads. Nobody searching "plumber Skopje" at 11pm with a burst pipe cares about your 20 years of experience, your certifications, or how many tools you own.

They care about one thing: can you fix my problem right now.

Your ad, your landing page, your Google Business Profile, your sales presentation. All of it should answer that one question and nothing else.

Best to doublecheck your sales presentation and keep this in mind.

Talk soon,

Roberto
